Do you know what bones are made of? There is spongy bone in the middle. Then in the inside there is red and yellow marrow.
To look after our bones and make them stronger, we need calcium which we get from milk - so drink more milk!
Did you know that your liver is the second biggest organ next to skin? your liver does important jobs. For example it cleans your blood and produces digestive liquid called bile.
your brain depends on a healthy liver.Make sure you have a healthy liver!
